HUSBAND AWARDED DAMAGES
ADULTERY CHARGE UNDEFENDED.

The jury in the Supreme Court to-day awarded with costs to Leo Albert Libeau the £5OO damages he claimed from John Thomas Bradley for alleged adultery with his wife, Iris Joan Libeau. Bradley had filed a denial but did not appear to defend the case. Later Mr. Justice Ostler granted Libeau « decree nisi on the ground of adultery. The petition was undefended. _
