BLINDED EX-SERVICEMEN.

London, July 14.

The King and Queen and the Duke and Duchess of York were visibly affected when they greeted 47 blinded Scottish sailors and soldiers at Holyrood Palace, where they were entertained at dinner. The Royal party shook hands and chatted with each of the afflicted guests, who lined up in the palace courtyard and spontaneously sang the National Anthem as their Royal hosts left.
