INGLEWOOD COURT
JUDGMENT ON CIVIL CLAIMS. Judgment was given by Mr. R. W. Tate, S.M., in the following undefended civil cases at the Inglewood Court yesterday. —Newton King, Ltd. v. Howard Bayly, £3B 15s (£4 Ss'ed); Newton King, Ltd. v. Harry Peters, £4 Us (23s 6d); E. C Heel v. Taranaki Manufacturing and Exchange Co. (£2 3s costs); Inglewood Borough Council v. W. H. Jordan, £7 10s 2d (3Ss 6d); G. H. Taylor v. Harry Peters, £3 5s 8d (23s 6d). At the suit of Joseph Nathan and Co., Ltd., Lionel Bishop was ordered to pay £lB Is 6d at the rate of £1 a month. , I On a maintenance order Leopold A. E. • Franklin was ordered to pay Ivy E. ■Franklin 7s 6d a week for herself and 'each of the three children, a total of i£l 10s a week. Costs totalled £2 12s : 6d.
