MALADMINISTRATION ALLEGED.

Ball) and the Bavin Cabinet of maladministration in connection with the amount priid annually to the Pastoral Association for the resumption of the lease Of 3b,000 The Minister said £59,711 was paid, but when the land wds valued the market value was £-5,000 le Mr. Ball denied any maladmiuistra'tion. He, as Minister, accepted the Land Board’s valuation. Mr. M. A. Davidson, the Labour member for the district (Cobar), had represented that the arfia was suitable for close settlement. The discussion dras adjourned.
