CONTINUING SENIOR MATCHES. GAMES TO BE HELD ON SATURDAY The management committee of the North Taranaki Cricket Division met in New Plymouth last! evening. Present: Messrs. C. G. On behalf of, the Taranaki Boxing Association, Mr. V. Pruden- attended the meeting, suggesting that the Boxing. Association would make a grant of £3 3s to the division’s, funds to-coyer any loss if . the divisiqn would postpone, its games on the - day pf 'tfoe fight. -. < ..... The division; thanked tbe Boxing Association for its offer but stated ..that it. had decided. to continue all fixtures on Saturday: as usual. It was pointed out that the total loss to the di vision if games were suspended would to about £B.
