RAILWAY TICKETS RESTRICTED.

In connection with the general repatriation to the devastated area the Hastings authorities state that permits to return through the police pickets and other permits j- . in existence do not entitle a refugee to a free railway journey hack. The railway will accept only special permits issued for the purpose. THREE TREMORS SUDDEN BUMP YESTERDAY. Hastings, Last Night. Hastings felt two or three minor tremors dating the last 24 hours, including a syi’ft and sudden blimp at 12.55 p.rii. to-day.
