VETERAN SPORTSMAN DEAD

SHEEP BREEDER IN VICTORIA. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Rec. 10.45 p.m. Melbourne, Feb. 16. The death is announced of Mr. Edward Manifold, a leading sheep breeder in the Camperdown district, and the oldest member of the Victoria Racing Club. He was at one time the owner of prominent jumpers. Mr. Manifold’s widow is a sister of Mrs. Bruce, wife of the former Prime Minister.
