DEAD SEA CONCESSION
PROPOSED POTASH INDUSTRY. Received 5.5 p.m. British Wireless. Rugby, Jan. 29. Dr. T. D. Shiels, Under-Secretary for the Colonies, stated in the House of Commons that the preliminary agreement regarding the Dead Sea concession, which was signed last May, had since been completed. The deed was signed on January 1, granting a concession to the Palestine Potash Sompany, formed by Mr. Novomeysky and Major Tulloch.
