16 WHITE RUSSIANS SHOT

SOVIET ALLEGES COXSTIIiACY

By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received July 25, 7 p.m. Moscow,, July 24.

An official report from Khabarvosk states that 16 White-Russians were shot by the O.G.P.U. for crossing the border from Manchuria. All the 16 executed were former officers under Kilehaksemenov and other White generals.

The official report states that during the past six weeks there has been a series of crossings of the Manchurian border by armed men who, with the connivance of the Chinese Government, had planned to destroy Soviet bridges and ammunition depots. These acts confirmed the opinion of the Soviet secret police that the White Guards were beginning to execute plans for terrorising Soviet territory.
