FRANCE OBJECTS TO LONDON. NEUTRAL MEETING PLACE URGED. By Telegraph—Press Assn. —Copyright. . Received July 11, 8.30 p.m. London, July 10. A French Note dealing with the reparations conference has been received by the Foreign Office, London. It is understood the Note agrees to the date, August 5 or 6. It expresses guarded acquiescence in tho British view that instead of three conferences there, should be only one dealing simultaneously with the political, financial and economic issue. The Note is concluded by restating the French objections to London and advocating some neutral meeting place. The Government is replying to the Note without delay.
