FINE COLD WEATHER.

By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The weather will be fine with generally cold night temperatures and many frosts, says the evening forecast. Conditions will be milder to-morrow, with cloud and haze increasing in the west 1 era districts. Winds will be light to moderate generally, southerly at first north of Cape Egmont and Castlepoint and later veering to northerly. Elsewhere winds will be variable with northerlies prevailing and later freshening. Smooth to moderate seas may be expected in the Tasman Sea.
