JUDGMENTS FOR DEBT

CLAIMS IN NEW PLYMOUTH. Judgment by default was given by Mr. IL W. Tate, S.M., in the following undefended debt claims in New Plymouth yesterday: Roy, Nicholson and Bennett v, J. Orbell, £1 7s (costs £1 4s); Rosena E. Pinkney v. - Edith Ball, £55 (£4 13s 6d); Hallenstein Bros. v. P. W. Snowden, 9s lid (8s); Taranaki Trade Association v. E. Bullivant, 14s 7d (9s): same v. J. C. Harnett, £1 IGs (Ids). On the application of Mr. J. H. Sheat, L. Shaw was ordered to give Clara Rosella Sollicker possession of a house and to pay £IG rent and £3 18s costs. William H. Reader (Mr. A. G. Anderson) was ordered to vacate a house on Kent Road within 14 days and to pay the Mangorei Dairy Company (Mr. R. H. Quilliam) £7 2s rent and £1 13s Cd costs.
