INVESTIGATIONS AT AUCKLAND. By Telegraph—Press Association. Auckland, July 10. The annual conference of tlic New Zealand Institute of Horticulture opened to-day. zThe annual report stated that the institute, in conjunction with the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research, was actively engaged in research work in connection with citrus fruits, the work being carried out in Auckland under the direction of a Wellington committee representing the department and the institute.
