DIVISION OF THE PRIZES. .By Telegraph—Press Association. Napier, Last Night. lhe New Zealand Gun Club Association championship meeting opened at Longlands, Hastings, to-day with two £5O open clay bird handicaps, in eacn of which 61 competitors toed the mark. The possible (15 birds) was secured in the first shoot by R. Buick, J. T. Dunean, R. E. Mcllwrick, I. G. Watkins, H. Grannell, L. Jelavich, H. Clinch, A. Pedersen and W. Elliott, who divided the prize money. In the second shoot the prize was divided by A. Myers, C. Moore, C. A. Rote, 8. H. Anderson, R. E. Mcllwrick, E. D. Landsdell and I. G. Watkins, all of whom broke 15 birds. I, G. Watkins also Avon the medal for the best first barrel effort in the two shoots—2B out of 30.
