I DISTURBANCE AT A SOCIAL. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Aug. 27. As the result of a disturbance at a social at Pukera Bay, three men, Charles Johansen, Frank Stewart and George M. Lacey, were charged with behaving in a disorderly manner, using obscene language and committing mischief to the value of £3, It was stated that accused paid for admission and there was free access to a quantity of beer. Accused used bad language and behaved in a disorderly manner and during a fight a tray of glasses was broken. The magistrate, Mr. Page, held that the place was not a public- one and that th® mischief was not intentional. He dismissed the charge*
