SUNDAY REPLACES FRIDAY. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received Aug. 31, 5.5 p.m. Constantinople, Aug. 30. In order to conform to international custom, also for financial and economic' reasons, Turkey has adopted Sunday as the day of rest. Hitherto, in conjunction with other Moslem countries, Friday has been reserved for worship. Henceforth Sunday will replace Friday.
