LONDON TO LOSE' TEAMS. London, Dec. 19, Th© Metropolitan Electric Tramways, Ltd., have caused a sensation in North London .by refusing to renew in 1930 the lease of 23 tram routes serving 100,000,000 passengers a year,.
This decision has been arrived at ow ing to the motor-bus competition.
