THE JERSEY CHAMPIONS. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Hamilton, Last Night. The spring show of the Waikato A. and P. Association opened at Hamilton to-day in bad weather which later cleared. Record entries were received and there were large horse and cattle sections for the valuable prizes offered. The Waikato Jersey Breeders’ Oaks, 1926, for three-year-old heifers, was won by W. H. Meirs’ Jersey Brae Patch. Messrs A. Moreland and Sons’ Beichland Sherry was the champion Jersey cow and W. H. Meirs’ Jersey Brae’s Seashell the reserve' champion Jersey.
