(By Helen Scvrez.) If feomcone soys you’ve lovely eyes, be thankful that it’s so; but don’t get overworking all the little tricks you know! For if you do, there’s sure to come a time when someone eriesi “I simply cannot stand that girl who can’t forget her eyes!” If someone says your radiant smile just Opens heaven’s door, don’t smirk like an advertisement inside a chemist’s store! For if you do, there’s sure to come a day when someone sneers: “Oh! cut it out, for goodness sake!”: —And turns the smile to tears I - If someone says that you’ve a heart of pure unminted gold, don’t think that you must always “fuss,” lest e’er he deem you cold! For if you do, there’s sure to come a time when someone prays: “Oh! may the Fates deliver me
