DISPUTE WITH EMPLOYEES. Sy Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received April 13, 10.40 p.m. Melbourne, April 13. The tramway employees decided to refuse the suggestion of tbe Arbitration Court to resume the normal running of the trains and they will continue the regulation strike. This decision was reached contrary to the advice of the union officials.
