TROUBLES IN INDIA.
TELEGRAPHISTS “GO SLOW.” Calcutta, Nov. 6. The telegraph service throughout India is threatened with serious dislocation as the result of the action of a considerable number of employees, who have adopted the policy of going slow as a protest against the Government’s delay in replying to certain recent demands.
