THE LATE MR. MASSEY’S ADVICE. Some remarks by Mr. Massey at the reception to the All Blacks are recalled by an exchange;— “We sometimes grumble and say that the people, on the other side of the world do not know us well enough. I know there was no schoolboy on the other side of the water who did not know of the All Blacks. “In a short time, you boys (the All Blacks) who have been to the other side of the world will be playing the game of life on your own account. It is natural in the order of things that you will be going into business of some sort, what, I do not know, but I do hope that when you do go into business that you will take commercial life as seriously as you have played the game of football, in the interests of the country to which you belong.’’
