NEW ELECTORAL LAW.

INFORMATION TO BE SUPPLIED. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Dee. 22. It has been decided that the Postal Department, in co-operation with the Electoral Department, will commence in the first week of the New Year distributing explanatory pamphlet's to householders in connection with registration under the Legislature Amendment Act passed last session. These pamphlets convey information to the electors as to the qualifications required under the Act, also their Obligations in regard to registration and notifying change of address. The pamphlets also deal with irregularities and* disqualifications.
