A ROBBERS’ CAVE.

ON THE DUBLIN HILLS. RAID BY DETECTIVES. London, Dec. 7. Owing to numerous armed robberies which Lave occurred recently, detectives searched the Dublin hills. They discovered an enormous dug-out, which was temporarily tenantless. The dug-out was furnished with beds, tables, chairs, and stoves. There was also much food, including the carcases of--cheep, all of which was the proceeds of robberies. Two men approached the dug-out at 4 a.in. and were summoned to surrender. The men fled, and the detectives opened fire- with their revolvers. They shot one man in the, leg, but he escaped. The other man, who was captured, was carrying a bag containing dead fowls..
