•FINE FOR HAVING TICKETS. By Telegraph—Press Association. Ashburton, Dec. 23. When William Simpson was arrested for drunkenness the police found three tickets in Adams’ Tattersalls cash consultation on the Moortield Stakes, Sydney. In the Police Court this morning Simpson was 'fined 20s on a charge of purchasing tickets. The police; stated that they also found the address of the ticket vendor in Australia, which will be forwarded To the Postmaster-Gen-eral.
