Autonomy in -all the provinces of India, with loose British control and a central Government, with a provision similar to that obtaining in Egypt for purposes of defence or serious anarchy, are alternatives held out by Mr. M. S. Das. Leader of the Extreme Nationalists in Bengal. He warns the Government that it does not know the extent of the present revolutionary activity. Mr. Das claims that his activities destroyed the reforms granted in 1917, and he demands their replacement bv a now Constitution.
