POLICY OF THE PREMIER. By Telegraph—Prest Assn.—Copyright. Cairo, July 1. The Premier (Zaghlul Pasha) announced to the Chamber that he bowed to the will of the people and remained in office to carry out his policy of complete independence of Egypt and the Sudan.
