The Napier Park Racing Club’s autumn meeting commenced to-day in dull but fine weather. There was a good attendance. The course was in good order, the rain of the previous day taking the sting out of the ground. The totalisator handled £16,587, against £13,955 on the same day last year, an increase of £2582. Results:—
