MARRIAGE AGE LIMIT.
GERMAN STATE'S DECREE. London, Nov. 1. The Times correspondent in Berlin reports that Lubeck authorities arc prohibiting marriages before the ago of 24. Owing to the cessation of compulsory military service German youths are marrying earlier. The housing shortago is most acute, and the authorities therefore solved the difficulty by fixing an age limit. It is further provided that couples must have a lodging or a house.
