THE EGMONT COUNTY. Tie results of the election of a Council for Hie bounty of I'lgmont, held on Wednesday, show that three new councillors have boon elected, namely Messrs. Tosland, Ferguson, and Chapman. In the Opunake Ridinc;, Mr. C, A. Trotter had been returned unopposed. Ex-Councillors who were defeated were: Messrs. Young. Forsyth, and Sinclair.
