MORE GERMAN LIES. DENIED BY THE JAPS. Received March 14, 5.5 p.m. London, March 13. German agents in the Far East are spreading a rumor that Japan is anxious for a revision of the Anglo-Japanese treaty. Japan ha 3 warmly denied this, and says that her people are overwhelmingly in faver of the alliance.
