JAPAN AND AMERICA. . Tokio, March Ity Baron Ishie, Minister of Fereign Affairs, speaking at a banquet attended by the Premier and the American Ambassador, said that the relations between America and Japan lvad never been better, nor so good, as to-day. A certain European Power sought to bring the two nations into conflict, but with the elimination of this sort ef intrigue relations would yearly grow more ideal and more cordial.
