It is stated that Russia is willing to submit a limit of territorial waters to the International Conference. ROBBERY WITH VIOLENCE. London, February 20. The assistant manager of the Theatre Royal at Margate was found dazed and gagged and bound on the floor of the office. It is reported that a small sum of money is missing.
