EX-MINISTERS CHARGED. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Received 27, 10.10 p.m. Sofia, February 27. The Sobranje (Legislature) has decided to send for trial by a special State tribunal, M. Petkoff, ex-President of the Council and Minister of the Interior, General Savon", ex-Minister of War, and three other ex-Ministers, for violating the laws for their personal advantage and to the detriment of the State Treasury.
