The Rarawa arrived from Onehunga yesterday morning with 121 tons of cargo, including 3 tons of manure, 36 tons of cement, 13 tons of flour, 20 tons of sugar, and 52 cases of fruit. FROZEN MEAT. The Kaipara took away the following cargo from Waitara last week:—s43 bales of wool, 155 casks tallow, 65 casks oleo, 44 casks pelts, 11 jiasks casings, 1811 quarters of beef, 1144 carcases of mutton. The Durham is to load at Waitara today for Westof 'England portsr The New Zealand Shipping Company's old steamer Papanui—now theirs no longer—is having a varied career. It will be remembered that this vessel struck a rock six miles to the west of Waterhouse Island, Bass Strait, in December, 1909. She was placed in dock in Melbourne* when it was'found that her plates on both sides had teen damaged for a distance of 250 ft. These were patched up, and the vessel was subsequently sold. She lay at anchor off Port Melbourne for some time, and then, suddenly, without papers or pilot, she left for Japan, This was three or four months ago. By the last mail came the news ; that the vessel had been, chartered to come to Melbourne—there to be fitted out to take Coronation trippers to London. 4JI the accommodation is to be of one class. The Papanui is timed to leave Sydney on April C and Melbourne on April 15.
