Subsequent to his interview with Mr. Fowlds with reference to reciprocity between Australia and New Zealand, Mr. Tudor said the difficulty was that industrial and producing conditions of the two Dominions are very similar, and there were very few things they could fix upon as subjects of reciprocity.
