PALMERSTON SITTINGS. By Telegraph—Press Association. v Palmerston North, Last Night. At the Supreme Court to-day Duncan, late manager of the Glen Oroua Dairy Factory, was granted £247 10s damages against the company for wrongful dismissal. Crispianus Robert claimed ,€152 10s from Walter Signal, of Morton, in respect to damages caused by collision between defendant's motor-car and plaintiff's house. Plaintiff claimed that the accident was due to defendant's negligence. The evidence was conflicting, and Judge Cooper gave judgment for plaintiff for £52 10s.
