The United States Court of Appeal dissolved an injunction restraining the Herring Curtis Company from manufacturing aeroplanes, on the ground that the company infringed Wilbur Wright's patent. The newspapers bail this as a severe blow to the group of financiers who are supporting Wright's attempt to form P]\ air trust.
