POLLING TO-DAY. By Telegraph—Press Association. Auckland, I.a.st Night. 'Various candidates for the Auckland East seat give their final addresses this evening, and the 'by-election takes place to-morrow. Five candidates will go to the poll, as follows:—'Arthur M. Myers (Independent Liberal), George Davis (Labor and Temperance), William Richardson (Prohibition and Protectionist), George MeKnight (Labor), and Reginald Walter Hill (unofficial Oppositionist). There are 8370 voters 011 the Auckland East main and supplementary rolls.
