The Employers' Federation of the 1 Shipbuilding Trade have notified eighteen trade unions which signed an agreement in March, 1909, that there had been frequent strikes in contravention of the agreement, adding that at the next stoppage every member of the unions in the three kingdoms would be looked out.

The executive of the Boilermakers' Union have issued a circular endorsing the complaint, and condemning the men for striking without notice or consulting the local and national executives.
