The Inglewood Cricket Club has noti-| Tied the Association secretary that the 1 junior team declines to play the match J against Fire Brigade, set down for to-1 day. The Brigade will consequently claim ? the match by forfeit. This is "a protest | against the action of the Association's junior match committee in ordering a new match instead of playing out that a'ready started, and about which there was some dispute. It will be remembered that the committee had declared all matches "off" on a wet Thursday, hut, on receipt of a belated notice from Jrglewood, the Brigade team travel'ed to Ixißtewood. "Tfie home club tiien protested against the Fire Brigade for not being on the ground at the hour fixed. The matter wi'! probably come before the Association again.
