Last month, on the notion of -Mr. John Redmond, Leader of the Irish Nationalists, and Mr. Dillon, Nationalist M.P., the House of Commons pawed * lcsolution to the effect that the Duke of Norfolk was guilty of » breach of privilege in writing to Mr. Albert Profnmo, Unionist candidate for the High Peak division of Derbyshire, in the interest of Roman Catholic schools". The Duke of Norfolk baa aow written that lie did not authorise the publication of the letter to Mr. Profumo. If the Committee of Privileges' desires his presence he presumes an application must be made to the House of Lords. The decision of the committee of the HOuse of Commons in the matter has l>ecn adjourned.
