HIS VISIT TO ENQLAND. ByG*ble.-Pic"v London, August 8. The Standnrt, escorted by H.M.B. Inflexible, H.M.S. Indomitable and H.M.B. Invincible, has sailed. The Czar, in a farewell message, Mid ho was deeply impressed by his visit, the affectionate welcome, accorded to him by the Rovnl Family, and flie attitude of the British rt a teamen, people and Press —all of which, ho declared, were happy oliguric* for the future. Before the Czar left Cowe* the lard Mayor presented him with an addreM from the City of London and a golden casket. The London and Liverpool Chambers of Commerce also presented him with addresses. BRITISH CORDIALITY RESENTED. London, August 6. The reactionaries in the Douma resent the cordiality s'hown in connection with (lie Czar's visit to England, The newspapers fear that the visit mav lead to the encouragement of Liberal ideas.
