Leonard, dairy proprietor, X.3 and costs in respect of the sale of milk from which a proportion of cream had been removed, his Wors'hip holding that a shop kept by Mrs. Kelly, from which the milk was sold, was a branch of the defendant's busimVs, and was in the same position as a tied hotel.
