At the Divorce Conn to-day Charles William Ackerley, of Christcburch, clerk, petitioned for t'he dissolution of his marriage with Mary Gladys Ackerley, on the grounds of desertion and misconduct. His Honor granted a amerce nisi to be made absolute in three months. Wangaiiui, Last Night. At the Divorce Court to-day a decree nisi was granted on the petition of a husband wlio applied under t9ie Act of last session which provides insanity as a ground for divorce.
