i SKGEN&ES' METHODS BEING EXAMINED. Received Nov. 5, 11.3 pjn. London, November 5. The Times reports that Mr. M. L. King, Canadian Depnty-Minister for labor, is inquiring in Vancouver as to employment agencies' methods of organisation for the immigration of Japanese.
