THE PBEMIER DECOfiATED. A BOMB OUTRAGE. St. PEiKssiii Hn, December 20. The Czar decorated M. Stolyjiino (Premier) as a reward for his exemplary zcil and self-sacrificing seryiee. The decoration is considered significant, as XI. Stolypine is the mainstay of Liberalism in the Cabinet. Two bombs were thrown at Colonel Chazunowsti, chief of the police at Lodz. They wrecked the carriage and injured him, and also mortally wounded a driver, policeman, and two dragoons. The perpetrators escaped.
