Atmospheric pressure has increased everywhere and northerly winds have .riven place to increasing southerlie-s; cloudy and unsettled weather has prevailed and heavy rain has fallen in many parts of the Dominion. Present indications are for high and squally south to south-easterly winds, weather cloudy to overcast, rain generally and snow'on the higher levels; barometer rising everywhere.
