Owing to his ill-health continuing, Sir Robert Borden is retiring from the Premiership at the New Year. The Hons. Sir, George Foster, Sir Albert Kemp, A. L. Sifton, C.1 J. Doherty, and Martin Burrell will retire from the Cabinet when the reconstruction folldws Sir Robert Borden's rosignation.
