The fisheries inspector ordered her to return to port. She was afterwards released con- • ditionaily until the case has heard. The Phantom was previously caught trawling inside the limits on May Bth, and the master was fined £5 and 28s costs^ and the vessel's tackle and captured nsh were confiscated.
